ARMM, the ideal solution for your tranquility

Safety, 24hour monitoring, precision, autonomy, quick response: are the characteristics that make ARMM a technology able to ensure, in addition to the reliability of the readings, the correct and constant functioning of the devices employed without the aid of on site operators.
Designed to guarantee the actual coverage of measurements during the entire period requested, according to the surveying methods of vehicular traffic introduced by the Decree Law 03.16.98, ARMM can not only pilot by itself Class I and II sound meters but also keep under control battery or power supply conditions and transfer with selectable intervals the registered data while storing it in its own internal memory at the same time.
This way, ARMM satisfies the entire spectrum of needs of those who do the measurements while guaranteeing absolute confidence in the functioning of the devices. A confidence that, along with the possibility to monitor from a distance the adequate data acquisition processes, translates into a significant and direct saving for the service provider as well as the client.
Particularly, thanks to its high ability to self-diagnose and exploiting an SMS or e-mail signaling system, it can warn the operator in real time and independently should internal and external conditions be such to jeopardize or alter measurements (unit removal or theft, threshold overtaking or abnormal peaks, need for technical assistance, etc.).
Hence an ability to self-diagnose that allows for immediate operator assistance and the possibility to re-establish in the least possible amount of time the optimal measuring conditions. So, for example, should ARMM detect a lowering in battery tension below the fixed threshold, the immediate communication provided will give the technician the possibility to change the battery before it will be completely exhausted.
Obtainable results
Thanks to the use of remote transfer technologies it is possible to produce the acoustic processing both in real time and pre-established expiration dates.
The data (from the simple values LAEq to the entire spectrum 1/3 octave) are nevertheless immediately available for a consultation that takes place directly through web interface. Should more sound meters be used (sound meter network) for sound analyses, the ability to maintain perfectly synchronized all remote units, that is sound meters as well as weather stations (as required by the Decree Law 03-16-1998), will be strategic.
